OMAHA, Neb. – A grand jury is set to investigate the death of a Douglas County prison inmate Sunday morning.

Pah Leh, 59, was found unresponsive in his cell shortly before 5 a.m. Life-saving treatment began, but Leh was pronounced dead by paramedics from the Omaha Fire Department.

Leh was booked on Thursday for terrorist threats and the use of a deadly weapon to commit a crime. Douglas County Justice Department officials will not make any further comments pending the results of the grand jury investigation.
