According to police, Omaha man shot someone else but hit friend | SiouxlandProud | Sioux City, IA

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) – An Omaha police officer says the man charged with murder and other charges in the November shooting of his friend targeted another man who was injured.

The Omaha World-Herald reports that the detective testified Tuesday at a hearing for 21-year-old Tip Mut from Omaha, charged with second degree murder, attempted murder, two gun counts, and tampering with evidence in the November 7th shooting 21 year old Gabriel Miller.

A judge ruled Tuesday that Courage will be tried on the charges. Police say Courage and Miller went to the party that led to an argument.

Police believe Courage pulled a gun and shot at Goa Dat, but also met his friend Miller.
