Death, taxes, pigs are number 1
Arkansas remained the unanimous No. 1 in college baseball for week 16 of the season, topping all six major polls released prior to the NCAA tournament. Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball Newspaper, D1Baseball, NCBWA, Perfect Game, and USA Today each kept the Razorbacks at the top of their respective rankings for the seventh consecutive week.

It is the tenth time this season that Arkansas has been the nation’s undisputed No. 1 team, and the 14th straight week that the Hogs have claimed the top spot in at least one of six polls. The Razorbacks ranked # 1 in Baseball America’s Top 25 poll for 14 consecutive weeks, the longest run of its kind since 1998. Stanford topped the list for the first 15 weeks of the season.
