Enabled at-risk lacking discover for Omaha man

An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated for a missing Omaha man.

The EMA was activated by the Nebraska State Patrol on Wednesday morning. According to NSP, the Douglas County Sheriff’s office is trying to track down 48-year-old Chad Townsend, who is missing in the 149th and Ellison Avenue area around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

The State Patrol says Townsend has a brain injury and other medical conditions and may be driving a green 2013 Toyota Highlander with Nebraska license plate VTA075.

Townsend is described as a white man, about 5’8 “tall, about 195 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes and wearing a red Nebraska t-shirt, gray sweatpants, no shoes or a jacket.
