Omaha Police are examining two cuttings Monday night

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha Police Department is investigating two separate cuttings that occurred Monday night.

At around 8 p.m., officials responded to a mega saver near the Northwest Radial Highway and Hamilton Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a 34-year-old victim who said the suspect stole several cell phones and tried to escape on foot.

The victim tried to confront the suspect when he was stabbed multiple times.

The suspect is described as a woman wearing a tie-dye shirt, black stretch pants, and a blue mask.

At around 10 p.m., officials were called to Strasse 42 and Spaulding to investigate a domestic malfunction.

Officials found the 67-year-old victim, who said the 52-year-old local woman stabbed him with a kitchen knife after an oral argument.

The woman was taken into custody and the man was taken to hospital by a family member.
