Omaha Police investigate murder at Motel 6
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Omaha Police are investigating a murder at a Motel 6 on 109th & J St. early Monday morning.
A lieutenant with OPD tells 6 News that the shooting call came in at 4:19 a.m.
When the police arrived, 38-year-old Andrew Brown was found in the motel hallway with a gunshot wound. He was taken to CUMC-Bergan Mercy Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
The lieutenant said a person was arrested in connection with the shooting at a Bucky’s gas station on 108th & L St.

“I really didn’t think to say R … put RIP next to his name. I didn’t know his time would come so soon, ”said Buckley. “He just wanted me to be better. He always talked to me and made sure to guide me when I was wrong and talked to me and made sure I was right. “
The investigation is still ongoing.
