Police are looking for suspects in the grocery store robbery in South Omaha

Omaha Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly robbed a grocery store in South Omaha Wednesday night.

According to the OPd, officials were called to the Aldi on Dahlman Avenue near L Street shortly after 7:30 p.m. because of a reported robbery. According to police, officers spoke to an employee who reported that two suspects entered the store, approached the counter and asked for money. Investigators say the clerk reported that a suspect may have shown a gun. OPD says suspects fled the area on foot after taking cash.

The suspects are described as a man in his thirties, about 6 feet 1 inches tall, wearing a green coat and black cap. The second suspect was described as a white or Spanish man, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a black and gray cap, black mask, and sports pants.
