The July rankings cement KETV NewsWatch 7 as Omaha’s information chief

KETV NewsWatch 7 continues to dominate local news ratings with a clean overview of all local news broadcasts in Nielsen ratings data last published in July 2019. KETV ranked # 1 on all 10 newscasts for household reviews and adults 25-54. This includes every newscast broadcast on KETV and the 9pm newscast broadcast on MeTV Omaha. KETV’s newscasts account for 62% of all local news ratings in the Omaha market for adults between the ages of 25 and 54. Nielsen data also shows that KETV NewsWatch 7 has been # 1 on any news bulletin for 6 consecutive years. July 2013 – July 2019 adults 25-54. News specials also prove to be the winners of the KETV ratings. Our Big Red Zone and Project Community Specials were the second highest programs in their time frames. Stand up to the # 1 prime time show in July. In June, our College World Series Preview was # 1 on their prime time show.
