“Laughter at grief”
That is exactly what Carlos Tibbs would have wanted. The Omaha stand-up comic died of COVID-19 on August 19. He was 34. His mother, 50, died two days later. The “Laughter Over Sorrow” event with music and comedy was an ode to her life.
