The Omaha Farmers Market opens this weekend

The Omaha Farmers Market opens this weekend and continues through October 11th.

New health and safety guidelines are being enforced this season, including social distancing. The first hour of each market is dedicated to the elderly, people with underlying health conditions, and expectant mothers.

Protective masks are expressly desired for all participants and pets are not permitted. On Saturday 10th and Jackson, the top level of the city parking garage is located and opening times are 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

On Sundays the market takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Baxter Arena
