Students, faculties, staff, alumni, and others are urged to come to the UN Milo Bail Student Center’s COVID Vaccination Clinic on Friday April 30th.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha is partnering with the Douglas County Health Department to hold a vaccination clinic on campus on Friday April 30th.

The COVID Vaccination Clinic is open to all students, faculties, staff, alumni and members of the community on April 30th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the ballroom of the Milo Bail Student Center, 6203 University Drive North. Free parking spaces are available in parking lot E near the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center. Please enter car park E, which is manned by a UN parking attendant.

No registration is required
. Accessible appointments are available to people aged 16 and over. Anyone under the age of 19 must have parental consent and a legal guardian to receive the vaccine.

Participants are asked to stop at the wellness welcome stations at the entrances to the Milo Bail Student Center for a brief screening with the 1-Check UNO app (available for Android, iOS and the internet) for UNO students, faculty and staff or the CheckCOVID app (available for Android and iOS phones) for alumni and community members.

The clinic will give the Pfizer vaccine, which will require a second dose given approximately 21 days after the first vaccination. The second dose clinic will be Friday May 21st. Further information will be communicated to the campus and community closer to that date.
